“Code does not work! No reply from customer service in...”

I have followed the instructions perfectly, the code I got from HTCSimunlock simply does not work. I have not heard back since early Monday afternoon, its now Wednesday afternoon. Customer support promises to reply within 24 hours. No new code, no refund, no phone number. What do I do next?
