“Terrible - don't bother ordering from this company”

My boyfriend ordered some GHD straighteners and hairdryer for my Christmas present, he ordered 2 weeks prior to Christmas so plenty of time. 1 week later he rang to check on the order and was told the payment hadn't gone through & the order had been cancelled. There was no reason for the payment not to go through and no one from lookfantastic had bothered to call or email to tell us it had been cancelled. He re ordered twice & exactly the same thing happened as well as Barclays calling to advise us it looked to be a fraudulent transaction. Eventually the ordered was accepted & I finally got my Christmas present on the 11th Jan. Terrible customer service, complete lack of communication, we were even told 5 days after the order had been dispatched & we had paid for next day delivery that we would have to wait 10 days before they could even track the order and they would not dispatch a new order in the mean time. Do not bother ordering with this company.
