Ordered 3 Hampers on the 8th of December for delivery on or around 20th December. One arrived ok, spent most of the 23rd and 24th on the phone or live chat to get an up-date on the other two. Whilst I was guaranteed delivery on the 24th only one arrived (at 6pm on the 24th). The other one - hasn't arrived even though I have chased every day since New Year. I was told I couldn't e-mail or phone the Customer Service Dir so I wrote - but guess what - no reply! Absolutely disgraceful service and one that I will never be going through again. I would not use iHampers again and would suggest that Trading Standards needs to get involved.
