“my booking experience”

i found my booking experience nt good i booked a two nite stay at thistle hotel and got sent an email showing me a one nite stay...i then had to phone back after 3-4 attempts before i cud book the other nite at the same hotel since i had already booked my travel for two nites i did not like the situation i was in....it was sorted out but i was nt happy. just say i cudnt get that same hotel?

i was also told that wen makein a reservation that money would not be taken out until the day i arrivved or booked out of hotel, i then find that money was taken the same day of reservation which made me overdrawn and now i have to pay an overdraft fee because of this.

so i have found my booking experience very very poor and would not tell or recommend a friend or family.
