BUYER BEWARE!-They make an absolute fortune of ANY changes you wish to make! This company is charging 'disproportionate' charges for making changes/cancellations to your policy which is contrary to the Financial Services Code. You must challenge them, In writing . Follow the instructions within this link provided to the letter. Keep a copy of all communications-insist that they reply in writing not over the phone. ( send recorded or signed for) I'm sure that they will comply but if they don't you must take it to the regulator, the Ombudsman, which is a free and easy process. Mention also that they should prominently display any relevant charges, including the 2% credit card payment charge, like reputable companies do. That is when you are about to make the transaction and not hidden within their general terms and conditions.
