“Dont bother ordering from this company ”

I ordered a flower arrangement for my mums birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered as a high priority today Monday 14th January 2013, it was meant to be delivered before 4pm. At 4.30pm it still hasnt arrived apparently because the driver is stuck in traffic. The lady I spoke to was less than helpful and didnt apologise and when I mentioned that my mum would not be in after 4pm for the delivery I was told it would be left with a neighbour. What good is that to me! Dont bother using this company if you want flowers delivered.
