I ordered a Christmas hamper on the 16 December for for delivery to my daughter and son in the UK on 20 December which never arrived. The Livechat facility worked but as the respondent was based in India all he could do was tell me that it was stuck in the Yodel depot and gave me a link to track this myself. I raised a 'ticket' on the ihampers website and I didn't get a reply until 13 January 2013 which advised me to call a number in the UK. I called the number and they gave me a full refund of £108.80.
I also ordered a Christmas hamper each for my brother and sister in the UK both of which arrived without a problem.
Your choice as to whether to use them. But you might guess how disappointed I was that the hamper did not arrive for my son and daughter for joint opening of Christmas presents via Skype.
