staff bright and cheerfull,and very helpfull,they know exactly if the item is in stock,lots of contact through e-mails ie parcel tracking number ect,item recieved very well wrapped,i ordered my item 1 week before christmas and was worried about parcel getting lost in the post,my mind was put at rest by uttings staff with there promis of a next day delivery by courier,will definately be using again.
