Have used Laterooms many times, over many years, this was only the second time that their system failed and required a call to their offices. Individual employee who took the call was exceptionally helpful, but having taken almost 20 mins to book in the first place on-line (obvious systemd issues), it was then another 15-20 mins over the phone - which for a single booking - 40 mins is not really acceptable.
