“First and last time ordering from them”

Wish I had read these reviews first before I had ordered from them. Although my experience with boohoo wasn't as bad as these other members comments I still won't be using their services again...

I ordered a pair of shoes on boohoo.com they were at a good price and with the free shipping thought it was a real bonus. However, a few days later I'm expecting to see my package but instead check my emails and find that my order has been refunded! What!!?

Apparantly they had run out of stock! (When I ordered, it said that there were 10 pairs in stock!)

Obviously their website isn't functioning very well. So dissapointed with their service.
