“SHOCKED! WORRIED! ANGRY!”

i went to book my holiday friday with super escapes travel i was given a price and was given a number to call back direct to the agent who said he would hold the holiday for me.when i called back another agent answered and said he would deal with it as other agent was busy,the first thing he asked before asking my name or the ref number was my credit card number,i said you dont even know which holiday it is or my name!after he found the holiday hhe asked for my card number again so i said excuse me you dont know the flight details or anything!he then gave flight details and more info i then gave my card number then he started adding MORE CHARGES!and all this info not mentioned before i asked for a ref number for the holiday i had booked and he said i would get it in two hours!i had to call back to get this and asked where is my email recipt he said it would take 48 hours!i called today for my receipt and was told it had been sent and it hadnt then they sent me one they had printed my daughters name wrong so i called back and was told it was my fault and they have a recording of it and would i like them to play it i said YES DO THAT and was told they would call back in an hour and a half they never!so i caled back as was told i might be charged a fee and they cant listen to the recordings at weekends and they will listen on monday!OMG im SHOCKED WORRIED AND ANGRY!im contacting watchdog and trading standards,oh i also asked for my £350 deposit to be refunded and i was told no cant be done so i said the way you treat customers is appaling and i will be reperting them to watchdog and trading standards
