“SCAMMERS”

ordered t-shirt beginning november for Christmas. Money taken from account immediately. No t-shirt after several weeks and no correspondance so I queried. Got a message back saying it was a backorder.... rubbish! Then said supply problem so i asked for a refund. Finally got a reply saying order cancelled but no mention of refund. Then 28th December got an email saying refund issued. Guess what? Yep, no refund issued! Luckily, paid with credit card so they will claim my money back but could take up to 10 weeks!!!
Everyone who has had a problem needs to contact trading standards so these people can be prosecuted for fraud.
