My experience is very much the same as the other users. Lousy customer service lots of add on charges and penalty,s for daring to change your vehicle. Loss of no claims if you want to go to another company. My quote from gocompare was lower than what they charged over the phone. The first quote was for £900 when I challenged this they said that they had made a mistake and it should have been £600. That was still higher than go compare and surprise surprise they could,nt work it out why. Lots of incompetence I dread to think what would happen if ever I had to make a claim. This is a small company based in Stoke on Trent supposedly part of a larger group check them out on the free government web site at companies house. My opinion go somewhere else even if costs a bit extra. This companies attitude toward customers is dreadful
