We're a technology accelerator and marketing company based in the UK and we need third-party hosting to deploy our own services and also to resell to our clients for their own services and websites. We've built up a solid reputation (most recently the BBC voted our marketing dept the second best social media team in the world), so getting this right is crucial from both a service and brand reputation point of view.
In the six years we've been with Krystal we've never ceased to be amazed by the quality of the service they provide, both in terms of products and support. For example, they have UK based support, but dont expect "just a call centre" - the person you get through to (in seconds usually) is the person with server access who can check and change things whilst you're on the phone with them. And the few times the person couldn't resolve the problem they started a support ticket and it's been dealt with within 10-20 minutes.
For those of you reading this who've had experience of companies like 1&1 you'll be blown away by the contrast :)
In all, I can't recommend Krystal enough for hosting and support, and we've never had a complaint from a client about them either. First class, excellent service.
