“Mix up last time, let's see how this time goes”

Well I used this company last year to get flowers delivered for valentines day. Unfortunately they delivered them early.
I messaged the company and arranged for them to be redelivered on valentines day, which happened (though for some reason she received two bunches).

I've read a lot of reviews over the festive period saying people have been unsatisfied but I am prepared to try once more to make sure my order is delivered on the correct date, and of satisfactory quality.

I have just talked to 'Nidhi' on the customer service system who assured me that my order would be delivered on time so I will find out in a week. I will then update here regarding the delivery and quality.
