The recipes are so tastey-and if they're not spicey enough for you, add a little more. I was so full and satisfied all the time. I exercise a lot, though, so I ate many of the suggested snacks. Completely cut my caffeine addiction in 3 days-very painful at first though. Wow, I was addicted to it!
The recipes change everyday, which can be a bit challenging to keep up with for busy people.
I highly recommend this book to anyone!
