I placed an order for some trainers online, was informed that my ordfer had been delivered and left in my shed. When i got home i discovered that JD has mixed up the order and that i had not received my £95 Air Max trainers but i had received someone elses £3 Arsenal hat & £3 Arsenal scarf.
I immediately phoned JD sports to inform them of the error and was told that I could not have my order resent or receive a refund until I had returned the £6 worth of goods received in error. After requesting a call back from a Manager because the halfwit that I was speaking too didn't understand my frustratino at such an idiotic policy, I was told that I would be emailed a 'return ticket' for the freepost/courier service. Needless to say no email arrived so i called back and requested it be sent again. Still didn't arrive. I paid for the goods to be returned and got proof of postage which has been emailed through to JD but this is not good enough for them to complete their side of the contract that i entered into with them when I placed my order and paid for the goods.
Their customer service is complete rubbish, you email them you get the standard 48 hour reply response and then nothing follows, if you call them you can not speak to anyone who knows what they are doing of more to the point anything about customer service.
Do not under any circumstances order online from this company. Yes they have great choice but you will not receive your order and what's more you will then not receive a refund and you will be left in total frustation from the whole experience.
