There is a problem on their side of the Internet order system. Ordered business cards that came with an incorrect telephone number, arrived one month after order. When I contacted their customer service department, they talked to me like I was an idiot, not knowing my own telephone number. This number difference wasn't a digest or two, entirely different number. Their customer service department told me I could reorder at full price. When I asked to speak with a manager, I waited on hold for 15 minutes, and was disconnected. When I emailed received no reply.
I know it's buyer beware out there. Maybe this will save you some trouble.
