The most horrible service I or my parents have ever dealt with. I ordered well before Christmas so that my Dad's present would get here on time. The estimated delivery date came up as "21st December". However, on the 22nd, I started to worry. I checked the website and it still said "21st December". What was also there, which hadn't been when I ordered, was a banner saying "We've given up over the Christmas period so we'll be back soon. We have your money don't worry". Okay, so I flipped out. 24th December and I had nothing. Christmas and I still had nothing. And do you know what? Bloody customer service acted as if it was my fault. Apparently, a £6 reimbursement (for a £35 order) was the "best" that they could do.
Never going there again, and I advise you to do so too.
Yeah, I'd recommend this to a friend. I'd say: "I recommend that you stay the hell away from Streetshirts!"
