“Couldn't get refund for more than a month!!!!”

Love zara clothing line.... But the customer service is horrible... It can't get any worse! From November of the last year can't get refund, even though the product was sent back in November, now it's January! Everyday when I call they tell me that the refund was processed , asking them to send me an email that confirms the refund and still didn't get it, asking if I can speak to the supervisor or the manager and they tell me he is gonna call u back within 24 hours and of course that didn't happen, my suggestion to people don't buy online at zara.com... Because if u don't like the merchandise or the way it fits and u wanna send it back, they will tell u to send it back, but u will never get your money back! I was a loyal customer for 2 years, but never ever will buy at zara.com again!
