Got an email saying item had arrived - no item.
I have rung 4 times now and have been told that someone will call me back.
No one has ever called me back. And more insulting.... you have to pay to speak to their brain dead 'customer service' reps. "Nah & yeah" are their favorite phrases.
Wrote an email complaint via their online form submission - they replied saying would get back to me within 48 hours.... and guess what - no one has responded.
I have not received my item and I am out of pocket £100.
Do not use this joke of a company
