Sadly, my experience echoes more or less every other review here. I ordered an ihamper which was delivered 5 days late. This meant my friends were without a gift for Xmas and when finally dispatched, was a cheaper version of the hamper i had ordered containing only half the contents and nothing like the ihamper advertised on their website. My initial dismay has now been compounded by, wait for it, . . there is NO such thing as customer support in any shape of form. This company should not be allowed to advertise! I chose ihampers in the first place because they inform us on their website of their 'specialised overnight couriers' to ensure reliable delivery, (something of obvious importance to customers, like myself at Xmas) The website even offers different ways of paying for faster deliveries which makes no difference whatsoever, they just want your money! It was also high up on my search engine, worryingly misleading to potential customers;- AND advertises the Queens Award for enterprise! If thats not enough, ihampers falsely claim they offer a 100% guarantee and WELCOME ALL feedback which they claim is 'valued.'
DO NOT GO THERE! ( AND THOSE THAT HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCES PLEASE WRITE TO WATCHDOG OR CONTACT YOUR LOCAL TRADING STANDARDS TO REGISTER THESE COMPLAINTS.)
