Sent my phone (HTC Desire HD) to these rip-off merchants. I was quoted £51 and they paid £25. The phone was in full working order with barely a scratch.

It's a total rip-off to pay half the quoted value with no explanation and no comeback. AVOID.

If these jokers want to run a decent business, they should allow you to rejec their final offer and return the phone.
