“Liars”

I have used Vauxhall Insurance for many years. I needed to claim having had my car crashed into by a third party whilst my car was parked.
Literature and their website clearly state that they only ever use Vauxhall-approved bodyshops and genuine Vauxhall parts. This is not the case. My vehicle was repaired at a garage that was not a Vauxhall- approved body shop. THEY ARE LIARS WHO ARE MISLEADING THE PUBLIC AND I AM PERSUING THEM VIA THE FSA AND TRADING STANDARDS.
