Ordered a dress off the topshop website which i had seen in the shop previously, payed half by debit card half by gift card, 3 days later they then get in touch with me to say the item is no longer avalible and we will refund you, not having the gift card after it taking them so long to get in contact with leads to no refund how does this work! they cant just take £30 off my gift card which was a christmas present! its ridiculous i have sent them 4 emails now and recieved 2 emails back none of them stating why i wont get a new gift card with the correct amount of money on they are avoiding the situation! i will never be shopping with topshop again!!
