“Customer service excellence”

Bought an accessory bell from Micro Scooters Ltd, which was great and my boy loved it, but unfortunately one bit came off after about a month and although disappointed, I wrote it off. Shortly after, I received a request from Reevoo to review the item, which I did, saying that although we loved it, we were disappointed that it had broken. Not long after I posted the review I was contacted by Reevoo to say that it would be replaced if I contacted their customer service centre. After confirmation of this, I received a new bell in the post the day after! Incredible! Very satisfied customer.
