I haven't been on this yet but I am very suprised at this company considering they are ABTA registered. Paid for insurance and was sent the documents with no policy number. What a suprise you cant pay without a policy number. You commit to payment first before you get the small print. The group leader has been left to pay 500 quid for people dropping out. They charge cards days before the payment due dates or days after! Wont let anyone take anyone elses place even if its a uk destination. I started paying, then was told half way through i need a passport or driving licence which i also have to pay for. we are booked into a crummy travelodge type place. Its a disgrace. My advice to anyone would be make sure you know what you are getting and organise a hen and stag do yourself, save money and don't be tied in to loop holes in a companies favour.
