“What a bad service!”

We ordered three items and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday (the 3rd January)... Nothing! I stayed home today and same thing, it has not arrived yet. We contacted them and they told us that if we have not received our items by the 17th January, we should contact them again. It is unbelievable!
