I ordered flowers in November 2012b for delivery on Christmas Eve. I received an email to advise of dispatch and I tracked online. The first I knew there was a problem was when I received an email at 19.50 on Christmas Eve asking if my delivery had arrived.
On checking with my friend I found that the delivery did not arrive. The flowers eventually arrived on December 27th.
M&S have since refunded the cost of the flowers.
I was asked to review the flowers online but twice my review has been rejected - M&S say its because the delivery is by a courier but I argue that it is part of the service they provide.
I have ordered flowers many times from M&S and this is the first time I have had a major problem but it will take me a long time to order from them again.
