“Great customer service”

Spent god knows how much money buying things from Amazon over the years, never had any issues. Returns/refunds are very easy to do and customer service is always great.

Their website is easy to use, most popular products have a lot of vendors so you can choose which one to buy from and compare prices. Plus because they have a lot of vendors, I've never seen a product out of stock that wasn't discontinued.

Can't really fault em.
