Ordered a part from them on 11th December, it's now 4th Jan and I haven't received it. Tried emailing before Christmas - no response. Tried calling - being told the number is incorrect. Tried finding another number - that's incorrect too, then find this site!
I think those who have received their goods are few and far between. Bici have taken the payment which was for a Christmas present for my hubby that I could ill afford, and then disappeared off the face of the earth.
I shall be trying to get the money back through my credit card, but don't hold out much hope! :(

As everyone else says: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
