OK, the flight got us from A-to-B, but everything else was just terrible. Air Asia have the most rude ground staff I've ever encountered in 35 years of flying around the world. I did follow up my complaints as soon as I returned by email (since that's the only way to complain), straight away I get an automated response saying I will get a reply in the next 5 days. Some 24 days I finally get a 'canned' response not even addressing by complaints - it just explained AirAsia company policy. You can't even reply to the email since it's sent for a 'no-reply' email address!!
Common sense and customer care just doesn't exist at AirAsia
