If I could give them zero stars I would. This membership was cancelled almost a year ago, but it's obviously still open and I'm still being charged every month. I've contacted so-called customer service at least 10 times, and have never been given one direct phone number and email address of a higher level person who will both stop the charges and reverse the past, illegal charges back to me. The toll-free number always hangs up me, and almost all the responses customer service has emailed me have been useless and a run-around. How can they not see that I'm being charged by them? How can they not have a direct phone number, as they claim, for customer service? What more can I do?
