Just received our first order from Pretavoir and can't begin to thank them for their amazing help, advise and levels of professionalism. From initial inquiry about the model numbers of the frames to help with the prescription and choice of lenses was hassle free and very informative. Even when we found that one of the frame's was not available on their website, Pretavoir quickly ordered the pair and in a matter of days fitted the lenses and dispatched to us. So always ask, even if the pair of frames is not shown on Pretavoir's website, they will pull out the stops to order directly for you. And if you've seen the pair cheaper somewhere else, ask for a price match - they will endeavour to beat any/all competitor prices. Most importantly, all along the way we were kept informed in great detail about our order and how it was progressing, right down to the moment it was dispatched. Couldn't have asked for more!

Lastly, thank you most of all to Arran at Pretavoir. You've made our Xmas, New Year and birthdays very extra special this year! Keep up the amazing work.
