Max Brailey is a credit to your establishment. He is friendly and proffessional and went the extra mile to help sort out our travel arrangements when we had a recent family tradegy and had to change travel plans at the last minute. Nothing was too much trouble for him; he was kind and helpful and resolved our problem in a quick and efficient manner. I would definately recommend your travel agent, thanks to Max's excellent service.
