I bought a bike for my daughters Xmas and realised it was the wrong size 5 days before Xmas day, I called up UK Bike Depot expecting the worst as it was all my own fault but they were so helpful and I had the new replacement bike with 3 days to spare!!

From my own experience some websites lack the personal touch and returning anything (never mind a bike) is pretty painful but my experience of UK Bike Depot means if I am ever buying a bike again I will use them as they saved Xmas for me!

Highly recommended by me anyway
