Booked a hotel in London using lastminute.com, selected a secret hotel as they advertise you are getting it cheaper! Not so, if I had gone to the hotel direct I would have got a better deal. When I contacted their customer services I was told tough luck! This is misleading advertising, I have ended up paying more by booking through lastminute.com, there are 3 websites with cheaper deals. I have checked other deals and again if I go direct I can get cheaper.
