WRITE A REVIEW

“Sad story, happy ending”

Hi,
On arriving back into Newcastle from Jordan, via Paris this morning, I was, despite having valid insurance, disapointed to realise that my luggage had not joined me. The personal bits and pices one collects on ones travels cannot be replaced by money, neither can those comfortable walking shoes. So this evening, when I recieved a call telling me that not only had the said luggage been retrieved, but would also be reunited with me that very day .... to say I was over joyed, maybe over egging the pudding .... I was very happy (that might be an understatement).
Many thanks to the staff at Air France for sorting out this situation and being so pleasant and helpful, and the courier for thier promptness.
I can sleep well tonight, leaving the holiday laundry until the mornig.
