Just over a year ago I purchased on line a Techno
CKWS6810 Temperature Station c/w MSF Radio controlled clock from this company. Everything was fine until recently when the outside temperature decided to read 3c to high. I did all the usual stuff like inserting new batteries on both unites, doing the usual reset procedures, unplugging the main unit and re plugging it in etc. But alas it was all to no avail. As a last ditch attempt I e-mailed TLC and asked if it is possible to purchase just the outside sensor as the unit was just over a year old and I didn't have the original order data etc. The following day an e-mailed arrived giving me details of my original order and data on how to return it, also a link for a pre-paid label. Well to say I was surprised would be putting it mildly. I duly parceled it up and sent it off and the following day, YES, the following day, I received another e-mail to say that my return was being processed and it would be with me soon. Just 3 days later (including the weekend) my lovely new unit has just arrived. It is now set up and once again telling me if it's cold enough to be icy outside. What can I say that this review doesn't already say. I will add that my brother is a self employed electrician and he has dealt with this company for many years and has nothing but praise for them. You will not be disappointed.
