Thank you very much for the swift collection and replacement
of the bike following my phone call on Christmas Eve . The
disappointment for my son was kept to an absolute minimum.
Your customer service and no quibble approach was exemplary.

Bike had bent front forks . Collection was next working day after notification and replacement bike delivered following day . This is how online shopping should work.
