I had 2 bookings for single family holiday and the details of 1 part of the journey changed. When I called the call center the staff where very helpful and managed link the 2 bookings together so that what happened on 1 booking also changed on the other as well. This was helpful as they also managed to change the flight details to match for both bookings. The adviser said that they would contact the airline and call me back within a time scale, which they did and confirmed all the changes had been made and were to my liking.
