“Pretty Well Perfect”

I was first attracted to this website by very competitive prices. I phoned for advice, and was surprised to discover that I had stumbled upon a proper camera shop, whose staff knew what they were talking about, and were happy to spend time discussing my proposed purchase, despite its being within days of Christmas. I phoned more than once, and spoke to different people, all of whom were both knowledgeable and courteous. My camera arrived the day after I had ordered it. I know that if I run into any difficulties and need to phone for advice, my call will be taken by a real, knowledgeable person who will do his or her best to help. With internet shopping, sometimes low prices are achieved by sacrificing truly personal service. Not in this case - I am delighted to have found this company.
