“Probably the worst service available on line in Britain?”

Ordered flowers for delivery to my son and partner who live in London. Order placed well in advance for delivery on the 24th December. A special occasion plus Christmas! Chose Marks and Spencer in particular because we felt that it would have been the most reliable service available!! Oh boy,wish we had checked out the forums first! Had to call son eventually,(spoiling the gesture!) No delivery, no word of explanation, no apology. My wife called a number late evening of the 27th December, was told by a female operator that we would get a refund if we wanted as there would be no point delivering them now as they would not be in the best of condition!

Will find a better service than Marks and Spencer next time!
