I had Howdens kitchen and appliances fitted 2 yrs ago. Consistent problem with oven and grill, no back up service, unable to get manuals, or help. After many calls, Howdens/ghda asked for £140 for engineer to come out. Its broke 2 times.I am still unable to set the clock, and without the clock set the oven will not operate, there are hundreds of unanswered forum questions to this particular problem all over the net so I cannot be the only one with problems. Wish I had gone for a better brand.
