Your goods and service were all excellent ,however when I tried to buy more the checkout refused to accept paypal.I rang your store for help from Adelaide a lady answered and informed me all was working and there was no problem ,I tried again ,it failed frustrated I gave up and bought elsewhere now this was just before xmas,your staff were probably tired and under stress,but the result was lost business and a reluctance on my part to buy more.By the way the snugpac under quilt I bought from you is great the goods I wanted to buy was the snugpac hammock over quilt .I do not want to get anyone told off over this the lady was very polite,perhaps a little more staff training in handling overseas customers is in order ,an offer to email further information etc to the customer,or maybe this was just a one off thing ,I dont know ,any way its done now ,moving on merry xmas and a happy new year.
