“No Xmas hamper delivered”

I ordered Xmas Hamper for my partners family in UK as I'm in NZ it was meant to arrive on 21st so the family wouldn't have to buy anything that was in the hamper. When i tried riningng on the 24th I was hung up twice and then finally was told it would be delivered that day. IT DID NOT TURN UP. No point now on a Xmas hamper been delivered after Xmas. Don't waste your money with these muppets, just give it to charity.
