Was sent a promtional offer to get money off my first purchase and when I tried to use it I was told it was sent to me in error. Customer service refuse to honour it and were very rude when it was Verys mistake not mine. I have now closed my account with littlewoods and Kay who are all part of the same group. If I could give this company less then 1 star I would!
