“Very poor service”

First of all the sizing is incorrect - I ordered a jacket at the beginning of December 2012 for a christmas present and when I received the jacket it was way too small. When I spoke to customer services about it she said they are european sizes which are different to UK sizes...there is nothing to indicate this on the website as far as I can see. The woman said to order a larger size (which was in stock)and it would be with me before Christmas. I had to pay again for the jacket and the other payment would be put back into my account upon receipt of the returned item.(why pay twice!!??) I returned the item promptly. I tracked my order online and it says the jacket is out of stock!! The woman told me it was in stock when I re-ordered it! It is now the eve of Christmas eve and still no jacket or cash returned into account so my mum has no christmas gift and I am out of pocket! A VERY POOR service indeed! I have cancelled the whole order and will NEVER shop with Bonprix again.
