Ordered a pair of trainers for my son for Christmas 4 weeks ago and was told 5 working days delivery, every time I have phoned to find out where the trainers are I keep getting told that there is a problem with the couriers and i can't have a refund as they don't know where my item is!!! The customer call centre staff are rude, seriously annoying and liers. My advice to anybody suffering the same problems is to contact trading standards after Christmas and log a complaint, I will not only be claiming for my money back but also the money I have used on my phone bill constantly calling there so called customer care team!!!
