This was the worst experience in my life of traveling. I was never so insulted from a business and their staff in my life. I will tell everyone from childihood to adultihood not to use your air services and not to book any future travels with this company. Your customer service staff needs to be retrained or just hire new employees who would truely enjoy their wealth of having a job. I'm not finished here, I plan to follow up with this experience from hell and back with your corporate office.
